We are committed to conducting a thorough investigation. We will keep you informed about our findings and suggest a solution through response letter(s) which will explain our process and reasons behind any decision made. Such letter(s) including any final response letter will be issued within a reasonable timeframe as agreed. We hope that you will be satisfied with our conclusion. If we are unable to resolve your complaint within 8 weeks of receiving full details, you may be eligible for requesting independent review by the Legal Ombudsman.
